It would be the Kyuubi at 100% + Naruto's chakra + a whole lotta sage chakra.

I truly believe that the Kyuubi's dark chakra that is sealed in the Soul Reaper is just the one representing his body. That is why when Minato sealed it the Kyuubi's body was affected by shrinking.

We already know that Rikudo shot the body into the sky and created the moon so it is very much possible that the body that he shot was the Jyuubi's dark chakra.

So the complete Juubi resurrection would require Madara to somehow reclaim the body as well.

Doesn't that mean all the 9 tailed beasts combined only equate to half the Juubi's total chakra?

Madara wants to recombine the Jyuubi and seal it back in him thus making himself a host. He doesn't want to remake the beast just his body.

So he wants the Juubi in a form similar to that of the Kyuubi inside Naruto.

No physical form just chakra.

He would become fantastically powerful but not the same a Rikudou right?

The sage took the whole thing and only flung the body up towards the end of his life.

Yes because his goal is to use the power of the Jyuubi in order to boost his Sharingan into a level where it can use the Eternal Tsukuyomi.
