I think its the sealing tech that differs speed of a jinchuriki. Naruto's seal is the strongest seal and i think just bcoz of that naruto can use this rikudo mode where he can use kyuubi's full chakra and power even without transforming into the kyuubi, whereas, the othes jinchurikis can only use there bijuus' full power by chakra cloak, mini beast(bijuu) mode or by transformin into the bijuu. All this is bcoz of the diff in the sealing tech. Their sealing techs are weaker than naruto's

I'm glad your thinking Space/Time Kyuubi style. I think he didn't just dodge Raikage, he showed up elsewhere. It's not FTG, but FTG is a way to acheve what Naruto can do now while in the form. If what we are saying is that in this form the Kyuubi chakra is allowing Naruto to use Space/Time Ninjutsu in a pure form, than he has actually surpassed his fathers limited Space/Time Ninjutsu with seals in a certian location... Now I'm wondering if his Jutsu was developed by incorperating his wifes Kyuubi chakra. Him being ridiculessly smart shinobi and understanding the Kyuubi might be how he developed FTG, not his blood-line..... maybe
