Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Party OVER HERE!

If you haven't been killed yet, upon entering the village, come on down to the Konoha Village Celebration! This is an everlasting party that never ends. We want to keep it blood clean, but you know accidents do happen. But I promise, as your Kage, to keep you from getting hurt. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the party.
